Returns and exchange policy

If you have a product that you would like to return please carefully read our returns policy below. Then email us at sales@hiniboutique.com with the reason for your return. Alternatively, we can talk you through our returns procedure. Call us on +44 (0) 191 383 1106 If you are not totally satisfied with the goods for any reason, return them within 14 days and we'll exchange them or refund your money. We can only accept items that have not been worn, used or altered. Should you be sent a faulty item, we will of course reimburse you fully. We recommend that you return items via registered mail. Please ensure you have sufficient insurance cover especially when returning valuable products. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transport. Please note that return postage will not be refunded.

Delivery Schedule

All orders are despatched within 24 hours of receiving the order - a standard delivery takes approximately 3-5 working days subject to availability of stock. Express orders take 48 hours for delivery. If you would like next day delivery, please call your order through on 0191 383 1106.

Delivery, Examination and Claims

The company will use its best endeavours to complete delivery on or before any delivery dates requested by the Buyer or estimated by the Company. The Company will not be obliged to offer any compensation for disappointment suffered. If the Company cannot complete delivery due to discontinuation of goods then any sum paid by the Buyer will be refunded and the Seller will notify the Buyer at the address given on the order form. The refund will be made as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days of order. The Company will not be obliged to offer any compensation for disappointment suffered. The buyer shall accept mutually arranged delivery. If the goods are undelivered, and re-delivery has to take place, a further charge may be applicable.
